Tom has over 35 years experience in HR leadership and consulting roles, working across a wide range of industries. He works at board level and his areas of expertise are HR strategy and systems, organisation design and strategic workforce planning, wellbeing, compensation & benefits, career and succession planning, leadership development and executive coaching, with the emphasis on improving both business and personal performance.
Tom is highly experienced in guiding organisations and their leaders and managers through major change. He has worked with a wide range of companies in the UK, continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Tom has extensive global training and facilitation experience, as well as being an executive and leadership coach. He has a degree in Industrial Sociology, an MBA from Warwick University and is a member of, and certified trainer for, the CIPD and SHRM.
