Dr Kerry Clarke

PhD, PGCE, BSc, Yoga teacher and Motivational Interviewing Trainer.

Kerry’s career started in the military with intense physical activities and a mantra of ‘no pain no gain’. It was whilst playing rugby for the Army that she developed a knee injury and her evolving interest in yoga supported her long-term recovery following an operation. It opened an enduring interest in preventative healthcare. After the military, she founded a Yoga Studio which became a wonderful community, offering a variety of styles. Her yoga experience has included sharing practice with people from beginners to teachers in community venues, at yoga studios and with private clients in their home.

Kerry loves being physically active especially in natural environments and she enjoys sharing her 30 years of yoga experience with others.

Kerry’s passion to support people on their wellbeing journey is infusive. She leads our Yoga services and is one of the team of practitioners at your service as part of Fitter For Life, which she describes as an inspiring preventative healthcare initiative.

Kerry has a PhD in Health and Wellbeing, University of Northampton, UK (2014).
