
David has a 30-year career in organisational, employee and individual wellbeing. He describes himself as a Physiologist and Coach specialising in Neurophysiology and Behavioural Medicine.
His formative studies include Coaching Awards from the National Coaching Foundation (NCF) U.K. and the Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER), Behavioural Medicine at Harvard Medical School, USA and an MSc. In Exercise and Health Behaviour from City Uni. London where he researched Self-Efficacy & Locus of Control as Predictors of Long-Term Adherence to Health Behaviour Change.
David coordinates our Preventative Healthcare services design and delivery including Adherence and Relapse Prevention and Practitioner Leadership & Development. He also leads us on ensuring the currency of our best practice by monitoring evolving research and development within the healthcare sector.
