Colin Tuckwell

Colin has a long career in strategic development. He has guided large numbers of organisations internationally through highly demanding changes both as a senior executive and global consulting practice head. Initiatives have included re-design and implementation of global organisations and national economic sectors; acquisition strategies, purchases and integrations; operational performance improvement and executive development programmes; international market repositioning programmes; “greenfield” start-ups, international market entry strategies and international financial re-structurings.

In much of his client work Colin mentors and guides senior executives and Board members / teams during periods of challenging organisational and personal development. He is highly experienced is supporting and facilitating senior teams achieve alignment in their business strategies and persuant implementations. Much of his executive and Board guidance activity involves deep and sensitive understanding of human and leadership issues.

Mr. Tuckwell hold a Masters’ degree in business administration and a non-executive director certificate from Cranfield School of Management; banking, accounting and modern foreign language teaching qualifications; a lifetime award for services to strategic planning. He is a personal trainer qualified to coach people to improve their strength, conditioning and fitness, including those with a wide range of chronic medical conditions.
