
Andy has spent the past 25 years supporting employers from both corporate and public sector with their employee engagement and wellbeing strategies. Guiding employers through employee benefits, financial wellbeing and learning and development.
Having spent much of that time in senior board and leadership positions he has a wealth of hands on experience of managing employees’ wellbeing and productivity and aligning the organisational needs with that of the employees and customers they serve.
Additionally, Andy is an experienced mentor and guide to individuals and teams leading organisational change.
He is a keen hiker, marathon and ultra marathon runner and has learnt from first hand experience the benefits of a healthy balance between mental and physical wellbeing and the pitfalls of not managing both.
