Andrew is a recognised global authority on strategic & organisational development, Organisational Leadership and Corporate Governance. He has for more than forty years combined a career as a widely respected faculty leader and authoritative researcher in business education and leadership development with advising key global and national companies, Governments and international bodies. His advisory work covers issues of strategic leadership, board and top team development/performance, leading through change, governance and building organisational capability.

As a social care and organisational psychologist Andrew has deep interest in employees’ wellbeing and organisations’ influence upon it. With FitterForLife he particularly focuses his activity upon Leadership & organisational alignment and culture development. He is also giving guidance to our collaborative initiative in developing a mature formative structure for a preventative healthcare profession in the UK.
